Hey, I'm Matt — the founder of DashPal

By day, I'm a Business Analyst and Business Software Developer who builds dashboards and full web app wrappers on top of large datasets for executive reporting. I've spent years turning raw data into tools that leaders actually use to make decisions.

I started DashPal because I kept seeing the same problem outside the corporate world: small businesses drowning in spreadsheets. Teams spending hours every week scrolling through rows and columns, trying to find the one number they need. Manual copy-pasting between sheets. Color-coded cells that only make sense to the person who created them.

I realized that most small businesses don't need expensive software — they need a better version of what they already use. Google Sheets is powerful enough to run a business. It just needs a better interface.

That's what I build. Custom dashboard interfaces that sit right on top of your existing Google Sheets, powered by Google Apps Script. The same enterprise-grade thinking I apply to executive reporting — built for businesses of any size, at a fraction of the cost.

What exactly is a Google Sheets dashboard?

It's a custom interface built with Google Apps Script that runs inside your sheet — typically as a sidebar. Instead of scrolling through rows, you get visual overviews with charts, stats, filters, and controls.

Do I need to install any software?

Nope. Everything runs natively inside Google Sheets. Nothing to download, install, or subscribe to.

Will you have access to my data?

During the build, I'll need access to set things up. Once delivered, you can revoke my access. The dashboard runs entirely in your Google account.

How long does a project take?

Most projects are delivered within 1–2 weeks. Complex multi-view systems can take 2–3 weeks. I'll give you an accurate timeline during our discovery call.

What if I need changes after delivery?

Every project includes revision rounds plus 30 days of free support after launch. Additional features can be discussed as follow-up projects.

Why not just use Notion, Monday.com, or Trello?

Those are great tools! But they require migration, learning, and monthly costs. DashPal builds on top of sheets you already use — zero migration, zero learning curve, one-time cost.
